The 4th Annual Father's Day Cookout, organized by the Annual Father's Day Foundation (AFDF), was a massive celebration filled with joy, camaraderie, and community spirit. Held at the newly identified Mildred L. Anderson field at Brown Woods Park in Annapolis, MD, this year's event attracted a large crowd of over 350 families, friends, and car enthusiasts, making it the most successful cookout to date. The field holds deep family roots to our local African American communities acting as a location of sporting and entertainment, health and wellness, as well as serving a religious importance.
